FMHerb’s Tea One is pure Mullein Leaves. Organically grown. Dried, Chopped, and Sifted. Hand-packed in a non-bleached tea bag.
Brewing Instructions:
These tea bags are three times larger than a normal tea bag, so you will want to heat the water to between 200 and 208 degrees. Tea brewed with boiling water can become bitter because boiling takes the oxygen out of the water. So treat your tea to the proper temperature and steep for 3 – 5 minutes.
*In a PubMed article from October 2002, Common Mullein (Verbascum Thapsus L., Scrophulariaceae) is a medicinal plant that has been used for the treatment of inflammatory diseases, asthma spasmodic coughs, diarrhea, and other pulmonary problems.
