FMHerb’s Tea Two is a mixture of mullein and peppermint.  Organically grown.  Dried, Chopped, and Sifted, then hand-packed in a non-bleached tea bag.

Brewing Instructions:

These tea bags are three times larger than a normal tea bag, so you will want to heat the water to between 200 and 208 degrees.  Tea brewed with boiling water can become bitter because boiling takes the oxygen out of the water.  So treat your tea to the proper temperature and steep for 3 – 5 minutes.

Did you know that in a PubMed article published in 1998 (and many more after that) peppermint was being studied for Irritable Bowel Syndrome?
